The Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) stands as a beacon of professionalism and ethical conduct within the Australian real estate sector. With a century-long legacy of advocating for industry standards and supporting its members, REIA embarked on a momentous journey to commemorate its centenary milestone in 2024.
REIA sought to encapsulate its profound impact on Australian real estate within a commemorative logo, versatile enough to enhance various touch points over the celebration period. Additionally, the logo needed to transition into a sub-brand, circulated among associated state institutes, partners, and stakeholders to unify communications under the banner of 100 years of REIA excellence.
HM crafted a commemorative brand identity that not only celebrates REIA’s legacy but also serves as a unifying emblem for its diverse network.
Our approach integrates REIA’s iconic star emblem into a mosaic of one hundred shards. These intricately arranged fragments form a captivating map of Australia, symbolising a century of REIA’s influence on the nation’s real estate landscape.
The final design represents timelessness and sophistication, resonating deeply with REIA’s mission and values. A beautifully curated colour palette represents each member state, fostering inclusivity and unity within the REIA community.
